The Hedge Reward Ecosystem was designed to offer broad market exposure with the optionality to target specific crypto market segments via sustainable & deflationary Core Assets.

Simply buy Hedge (Hedge) - HEGH (Governance token) and/or Hedge (Derivatives), also known as the Core Assets, and hold it/them in your Metamask, Trust Wallet, or any other compatible wallet of your choosing. The corresponding smart contracts automatically use 6-8% of every transaction to buy reward assets. These reward assets will be stored in their respective vaults until the end of their cycles. Once a cycle has ended, a snapshot will be taken and the End of Cycle Period will begin. During the End of Cycle Period, you will have the opportunity to claim your share of the accumulated rewards.

Currently there are SEVEN Core Assets that comprise the foundation of Hedge.

Hedge (Hedge) - HEGH acts as a governance token and offers the broadest market exposure. At the end of two cycles HEGH holders will have earned 44 of the top cryptocurrency assets on the market passively.

Hedge (Top) - HEGT offers Bluechip market exposure and users will claim rewards in the form of the top eight cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, XRP etc.

Hedge (Meme) - HEGM offers Meme market exposure and users will claim rewards in the form of six cryptocurrencies like DOGE, SHIB, PEPE etc.

Hedge (Cosmos) - HEGC offers Cosmos market exposure and users will claim rewards in the form of six cryptocurrencies like ATOM, OSMO, CRO etc.

Hedge (Dex) - HEGD offers Decentralized Exchange market exposure and users will claim rewards in the form of six cryptocurrencies like CAKE, UNI, RUNE etc.

Hedge (Layer 2) - HEGL2 offers Layer 2 market exposure and users will claim rewards in the form of six cryptocurrencies like MATIC, ARB, OP etc.

Hedge (Oracle) - HEGO offers Blockchain Oracle market exposure and users will claim rewards in the form of six cryptocurrencies like LINK, BAND, TRB etc.

Rewards accumulate in their respective protocol vaults.

Rewards can be claimed in full at the end of each Semestral Cycle (6 months). A snapshot will ensure you are able to receive your full share of the vault. Alternatively a user can claim 50% of their vault share at any point by burning their Hedge tokens.

All holders will get notified in advance of upcoming Ends of Cycles. Any unclaimed rewards will be rolled-over into the next cycle & a governance vote could determine if all out of period claims should be honored, either fully or partially.

At any point during the cycle a user can burn their Hedge Core Assets to claim 50% of their reward share from the vault. 25% remains in the original vault and 25% is
transferred to the Treasury Vault. This ensures Hedge market price is in balance with Vault asset value and promotes additional volume as price fluctuates.
This mechanism promotes deflation at potential profit to those burning as well as those holding. Each early reward claim increases the reward share per token for
remaining holders and increases the reward per share as 25% of the vault is retained.

Each Hedge Core Asset will utilize a unique protocol vault. These derivative vaults are individual to each derivative asset. HEGT will have its own vault, HEGM will have its own vault, so on and so forth.

A Treasury Vault will be shared by the entire protocol and is deployed based on governance votes. The Treasury Vault will also be utilized to generate real yield as the project matures, ensuring ongoing income for the protocol.

Vaults accumulate rewards as a result of trade taxes on each Hedge Core Asset.

At the end of every six month cycle vaults open and rewards can be claimed.
5% of the vaults will rollover to the next cycle.
5% of the vaults will transfer to the Treasury Vault at the end of the cycles.

Unclaimed rewards will rollover to the next cycle.

Naturally Hedge market price will be reflective of vault asset value.

At the end of each cycle a minimum of 5% of the vault will rollover ensuring underlying value at the start of each cycle.

The Treasury Vault will not be emptied at the end of every cycle and instead will be utilized by Hedge governance for a multitude of uses. Such uses could include generating real yield to ensure the overall value of the ecosystem is growing cycle over cycle.

So while price will fluctuate at different stages of the cycles, this volatility encourage speculation, trading and drives a volume increase.

The Hedge Reward Ecosystem cycles are Semestral (6 months). The start of a tokens cycle will commence from the tokens' launch date.
Members will be notified towards the end of each cycle outlining their options.
